Working with architects and planners, we advise on product specifications and generally check plans to confirm everything will work, and nothing is missed. We often spot potential issues from specifications that may have been missed in the planning stages that could be costly if left until the day of installation.
Many of our clients send us architectural drawings prior to quoting a project for us to estimate. This helps avoid things getting missed and running over budget.

We save our clients money by making sure they are buying the right products for the job. This is largely down to the scope of work we have been involved in. We know what works, and make suggestions based on experience.
Our suppliers have been chosen carefully over years of working with them. When we cannot source an item from one of our regular suppliers, we find it elsewhere to avoid delays.
We can visit your site and send technical information to your plumbers or fitters so that they can first fix. This includes technical drawings and product specifications that can be used in the O&M manual when handed over to your client.
This is followed by delivery of products on site as requested or staggered out exactly when you need them. We deliver to your schedule to help avoid items being damaged on site whilst awaiting installation.
Additional to this we keep record of all projects so that if replacements are needed we can easily identify and supply them.
